I recently moved here from Dallas and I needed to find a new repair home for my BMW. I asked for shop recommendations from everyone I could and I kept hearing Metric Motors, so I had to try them. I am very picky about my car and had several bad experiences with Dallas shops, but after talking with Buddy and seeing their facilities I gained confidence. Communication was good, they prioritized the work I needed and told me what I should do now and what I could put off (which was refreshing) and it was even ready on time. On the down side, I had to wait a few days to get in, and one call went to a recording before it was answered. Overall this is a welcome change from the shops I'm used to and I expect to be a longtime customer.

I have been going to Metric motors for about 14 years. They charge about 1/2 what the dealers charge and give 100% better service. I have complete confidence in them

I've been coming to Metric for 2 years now. The first time I went I brought them a list of repairs recommend by the dealer and they fixed me up for almost half what I was about to pay. They are SOO honest!
